Living in Space is a new giant screen film that will define the post ISS era’s first missions, with an eye on both the Moon and Mars. We'll see how scientists and engineers are pushing the envelope of space technology to open the next chapter in humanity’s odyssey to become a spacefaring species.

We will meet a new generation of astronauts who are training differently to become the first humans to stay on the Moon and set foot on Mars. See first-hand preparations for hostile conditions such as microgravity, lunar dust, extreme temperatures, radiation, and communication delays. Our astronauts will rely on a plethora of innovations including more powerful spacecraft, space agriculture, habitats, robots and rovers.

Through the lens of high resolution cameras in the hands of Artemis II astronauts, we'll witness the Moon from the Orion capsule as it completes its historic lunar orbit, flying deeper into space than anyone before. We will also hear from key mission figures such as NASA administrator Jared Isaacman and Dr. Stan Love, and get a special preview at the first-of-its-kind Moon base, intended to sustain humans for extended stays on the Moon.

From the Moon and Mars, we seek to venture beyond our own solar system to reach new star systems and perhaps another galaxy, in a future that may be closer than we think.
